Lively Guest Bathroom
Coastal, Bright, Beautiful
This bathroom is on the main floor, near the kitchen and living room, and is used quite often. We wanted to design a bright, cheery bathroom that was as functional as it was beautiful.

One of our favorite design elements in this space is the blue grout we used on the hand-crafted, arabesque floor tile! This creates an on-trend, patterned look without installing a fad, patterned tile. We installed a large rectangular tile vertically on the shower walls, and took it up to the top of the transom window to emphasize the height in this space. The sliding glass door shows off the gorgeous shower fixtures, but also helps make the room feel bigger.

We invested in the tile and saved by painting the vanity. We added blue, white, yellow, and black accessories (and each has a story) to the floating shelves to bring out the colors in the floral painting on the other side. We love the coastal vibes of the round vanity mirror but our favorite piece is the vanity faucet! It's a subtle nod to a country water pump and is perfectly paired with the milk glass light fixture.
This vibrant, cheerful bathroom has such a fantastic mix of curves and edges, and was an absolute joy to design and bring to life.
