IHI will develop the design, procure furnishings and accessories, and coordinate installation in your home. Our design journey together is just 2 steps to a beautiful, comfortable, organized home you'll love: 1. Design Phase: IHI will create a comprehensive Design Plan for your space - Conduct meetings in your home (no driving all over town) - Bring samples to you (no shopping outings required) - Create space plans for beautiful rooms that function for how you live in them - Uncover your style and specify items designed for your tastes: paint, wallpaper, flooring, hardware, furniture and upholstery, tile, fixtures, window treatments, lighting, art, and accessories - Create 3D renderings of your design so you can get a sense of what it will feel like in your transformed space - Coordinate contractor estimates and run those meetings (feel free to join in or not) - Set goals for your space based on your wants and needs - Help determine your project budget 2. Implementation Phase: IHI will manage all the details to deliver your beautiful, completed space - Procure all products and materials going into your new space - Oversee construction of custom pieces - Track and coordinate deliveries - Help correct any issues or replace damaged items (we’ll take this weight off of your shoulders) - Coordinate with contractors to complete installation within the timeline and help ensure loose ends are tied up - Provide Installation Management services including project updates and troubleshooting - Room reveal and celebration!
