Intriguing Entry

Our clients had recently moved into their newly built home in Chesterfield, VA and wanted to add the finishing touches to make it their own.

The entryway originally felt like a long, empty hallway so we added lots of interest with millwork, artwork, rugs, and lighting (on a dimmer, of course.) The spindle bench gives everyone a place to put shoes on and off and helped give purpose to this once empty space. Painting the wall blue above the wainscoting injected a little color in to the home, and pairs beautifully with the drapes we designed for their dining room, open to this space.

We added a lovely hanging basket with greenery that can be changed with each season for a beautiful, welcoming entry.
