Screened-In Porch

This porch was ready for a refresh!

We replaced the large glass table with a smaller teak table with 2 leaves to seat 4-8 folks. This smaller table fits nicely in the left corner (not pictured) for everyday use, and can be moved out to accommodate larger parties.

This allowed the majority of the porch space to be used as a conversation area. With swivel chairs and ottomans on the left, the homeowners can easily turn around to enjoy the backyard view and bird watch!

The floor was stained to match the interior floors, to feel like a true extension of the home. With a stone wall and built-in vent, grilling can happen all year long, regardless of the weather! Cheers!
